Epoxy Repair

A. Repairing with a Resin Layer:

1. Sand the surface thoroughly with 120-grit sandpaper, then clean the dust thoroughly with compressed air, and wipe it down with thinner or alcohol.
2.Pour a layer of epoxy with a thickness of 2 mm. Calculate the quantity needed, where (for every 1 square meter,
1 kilogram of epoxy is required to pour a 1 mm thickness). Mix the epoxy gently according to the mixing ratio to avoid bubbles.
3. Pour it onto the surface until it covers the entire area, including the edges. Then, use a spatula to eliminate any bubbles.

B. Renewing with Sanding and Polishing:

  • - Use sandpaper gradually (80-150-220-320-400-500-600-700-800-1000-2000-3000 grit).
  •  - Use a polishing compound to bring out the shine, similar to automotive polish.
